Experience in Contracts and Evictions

I run a Property Management company and have worked with John Raschko on both evictions and our management agreements. He has been impressively timely in his review or even drafting of the management agreements for Commercial, Residential and HOAs. Mr. Raschko has also been very thorough and effi...cient with getting tenants to vacate a property. He is now our go to lawyer for all Real Estate contract and evictions.

John is an excellent lawyer

We hired John to help us with a business dispute we had over improper billing by a previous company we had worked with. With his help we were successful at settling the matter in our favor. We are very grateful for his professionalism, his responsiveness to our questions and the knowledge that he has... on a multitude of issues. Great Attorney

I hired Mr. Raschko to draft employment agreements for my employees. He did an excellent job and was very thorough in his questioning. He delivered the agreements to me in just a couple weeks and I felt that his fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend John to other business owners.
