Jason Allan Celski

Jason represented me in my custody case, he is not aggressive what so ever. Not sure how knowledgeable he actually is because he really didn't speak much, the opposing counsel bad mouthed me excessively, and outright made false allegations in court. These allegations were never brought up or mentione...d at all until this day in court. I thought an attorney was supposed to "defend" and "represent" their client...... Jason and his assistant were practically impossible to get a hold of and the ratio of my calls to Jason or his assistant's return call was about 10:1 (all calls were professional and never bothersome) As my attorney Jason and his office recieved paperwork, they signed as my rep and paperwork was filed. Jason's asst very quickly went over the paperwork, but did not go much into detail (5 minute phone call)......so to my suprise when I received the final copy, my ex-husband and his attorney had made changes to the origional paperwork, that "my attorney" failed to catch.....when I called to talk about the mistake, his asst tried saying we had gone over the paperwork thoroughly and that basically it was my fault....I NEVER SAW THE PAPERWORK.....they signed as my rep and paperwork was filed, not to mention I don't feel a 5 minute phone conversation was sufficient enough or really even appropriate to "thoroughly" go over paperwork. Needless to say the issue was never taken care to this day, my case ended in the spring of 2011. Jason was very polite and listened the 3x we did meet, but it takes more than that to successfully represent someone.....especially when it comes to their children, just being a figure head for a case is NOT enough. My experience with Mr. Celski was only with family law/child custody.

Uses his paralegal to do his job, never speaks with clients or returns calls, does not stick up for clients, he is merely in business to be a legal aide to his fathers property management firm, other clients are merely nuisance, oh yeah, your retainer will disappear with nothing ever being done. I ...was STUPID to go with this local Kennewick Boy!

i have used Jason Celski for child custody, criminal, adoption, and random other things. He was very good with communication letting us know what was happening with our cases and a really nice!! He could have done a better job with our custody (not aggressive) but handled himself proffesionally and b...y the book!! (Judges like that) with our other matters he was as always proffessional and did a great job!!!!
