Chad handled a land use case for us. We as a group of about 40 people in our neighborhood used Chad to help prevent a developer from putting 100 units of apartments in our immediate single-family neiborhood. He met with us as a group several times to inform us of our rights and the ways to resist the... city and the builder. The developer had hired an attorney out of Seattle to argue his case but with Chad at the wheel we won at the hearing examiners court and then at the city council hearing.
