friend got a dui. read top dui later in spokane.. well action speaks louder than his ridiculous delusional claim.. she never had a speeding ticket.. never smoked or done any drugs.. widowed seven years ago and just retired her CDL driving a school bus… during her career she was drug teste...d a hundred times.. never once failed.. her daughter with husband and three kids live with her in a small house.. her life is all about sacrifice… .. she’s not an alcoholic.. she’s not a drug addict.. never been in trouble.. in fact it’s the first time ever being pulled over.. she will do anything within her ability for anyone.. even strangers.. she volunteers her time as a neighborhood councilman.. john schwab did absolutely nothing for $4,000. nothing…. she is now having to take a bus to mandatory urine tests, meetings, and on line classes which are all expensive on her dime.. on top of it she lost her license for 4 months.. john is lazy and a terrible negotiator.. didn’t earn a dime.. just took $4,000. yes she was wrong to drive that night after having two drinks but i think she would have done better not to hire a this fraud with weak integrity miserable lawyer and represented herself.. do not hire this guy.

Every case is indeed different. Jon was the first to contact me regarding a DUI charge so I definitely appreciated that and he even agreed to pick up an already open case I had going on which was almost done. At first the communication was normal but then I found myself barely getting a reaponse fro...m the paralegal/team and consistently having to resend emails etc. First DUI charge and indeed a lesson learned. Just be sure to research around and when in doubt speak up if you have any concerns.

I was in a bind with a DWLS and didn't know how best to proceed. He not only took the time to explain what I was looking at and helped me with weighing my options, but he even went above and beyond and went to the prosecutor and got a way better deal for me! Not only good at what he does, but also a ...good person when you need one on your side. He was looking out for my best interests, not just trying to clear cases. Seriously saved my bacon. Can't recommend him enough!

Jon was extremely helpful during the whole process. I had no idea what to expect with a bankruptcy but Jon explained the process well and gave me reassurance the whole time. He was empathetic but was upfront about what to expect and gave clear instructions. He took the burden off my shoulders and was... extremely thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering bankruptcy. I would say he is the best in town!
