My lawyer's approach to my speeding ticket felt like a joke. Instead of providing proper representation, she took an easier route by converting it into a non-moving violation using a fabricated offense. This decision resulted in much higher fines. What's worse, she didn't contest it to lower the pena...lty, leaving me paying around five times more than the original fine including lawyer fees of $250. The lack of communication was frustrating—I wasn't informed about this strategy at all. Had I known, I would've strongly objected. It's clear this move was intentionally aimed at avoiding fee refunds due to the website's (through which I hired here) money-back guarantee. Instead of giving proper representation they settle for such things and call it a SUCCESS! Opting to pay the original fine of $70 could've led to my insurance forgiving the violation, saving me over $500. Overall, this experience was disappointing and lacked the professionalism I expected.

I received a speeding ticket in a neighboring county. This was my first ticket and I was unsure about what to do. After giving Anna my ticket as well as my contact information, I didn't have to worry about it anymore. Once they got to the resolution point, they reached out to me and explained everyth...ing. I had received a speeding ticket and I wanted to contest as the speed was not measured properly and even the absolute speed was not written on the ticket. Hence, I decided to go with Cutler Law to fight the ticket, however they ended up just asking for a deferral and did not attempt to fight the case.... Washington state allows you to ask for a deferral once in 7 years (You still pay the fine but the ticket does not go on your record unless you get another ticket within a period of 1 year). I was aware of this option and had asked the lawyers here if they would apply for a deferral to which they replied saying "We cannot say anything at this time". Eventually I received a court date and was assuming the lawyer would represent me for my case. But before the court date they already applied for a deferral without even consulting/informing me. Communication with the client is the most basic duty of a lawyer. I did not pay $250 to just have them fill out a deferral form which I could have done myself. Due to the step they took, now I am ineligible to apply for a deferral for next 7 years and also if I get another ticket within a year the deferral is of no use. Highly unprofessional behavior from the lawyer!

Finally Anna gave me good deal about my crime case. But during all process I communicated with Georgiy and miss couple of important things because he was not involved to much to my case and couple of times mentioned what I'm calling to many times to him. I did call because I needs some explanation an...d supporting... For me it's crystal clear If somebody want something from you it's means something missed here. Also he waited something before take declaration from my witness till last day when she was in city and we wrote very simple and not good explanation of our case as result we don't got chance to be secured on hiring by as i said Anna did good job and make it real to solve my case in a good manner. So my suggestion discuss every step before your agreement and ask how many times you can call in a week/month...

I went to Anna after my car accident. Someone ran a red light and hit me. No major injuries but I ended up having to see a chiropractor for about 8 months so had some medical bills and other expenses (time off work, etc). Her and her staff were great, kept in touch with me, were there anytime I had a...ny questions, and helped guide me through the complicated claims process. They were able to get everything settled quickly once I finished my treatment. Would definitely use her office again!
