One call to Lloyd Herman is all you need!

I slipped and fell on ice at a business that didn't take precautions for their patrons safety on the sidewalks or parking lot. I was hurt quite badly. I was treated rudely by the manager and made to feel like it was my fault I fell and was humiliated! My sister convinced me to call an attorney for ...advise because of my injuries. I looked up attorneys and made a call. I told him what happened and he said that Lloyd Herman is the attorney I need to get in contact with. I called him and right away he took action. The very next day he went out to the place I fell and took pictures of where I fell. He could prove that the grounds had ice and snow build up and was not safe for the people walking on it. He had me see the doctors I need to see for my injuries and at times drove me to my appointments. He was absolutely wonderful. Lloyd Herman and his staff treat you like family and honestly care about what you are going through. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for a lawyer and a good person, smart, knows exactly what to do and does it. If you need to make a call it only takes one! Lloyd Herman. ONE CALL THATS ALL! So glad I did! By the way he won the case for us!

What a terrific Law Firm!

My case seemed to be impossible with having been turned down by 6 other law firms since the auto accident and the deadline to file an insurance claim only days away. The first attorneys told me “we don’t see this case as being reasonable”, and the others asked, “why did you wait so long”, all of wh...ich were incredibly frustrating. I had been to numerous Doctor Appointments and referred to a variety of Specialists. There were countless Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy appointments. I was prescribed an array of medications and had a regiment of at home exercises, ice pack and heating pad treatments with nothing helping the pain I was in. greatly appreciated

After my employer told me not to let the door hit me me in the the tush, following an on the job injury, I contacted Lloyd Hermon. Mr Hermon immediately took my case and started the suit. I have never had one second when I didn't have 100% confidence, and every time I call, I get full attention. ...We have meeting every time there is any new information I need to know. I have sent a number of coworkers to see Mr. Hermon witch of course I would not do if I didn't feel they would get the full attention of the office personnel. I highly, highly recommend Lloyd Hermon.

Simply the best

I would recommend Lloyd Herman highly. He represented me successfully in a guardianship proceeding for my Grandfather. It meant so much to me to be able to ward off a guardianship attempt that my Grandfather did not want, and be able to keep him in Spokane where he wanted to spend the remainder of ...his life. When we decided he needed representation we took him for his first appointment to Mr. Herman around five o,clock in the afternoon. There was a huge RV in the parking lot with a group of men waiting for Lloyd to hurry up and leave for a fishing trip on the Snake River. After talking to my grandfather, he decided he needed to file an emergency motion on his behalf. This required his staff to stay overtime for a couple of hours, and his friends to wait so that he could prepare the motion on his behalf before leaving town. I don’t know another attorney who would have made such a sacrifice. My family and I are extremely indebted to Mr. Herman for his efforts and skilled representation. He is a truly a great attorney and I admire him. Lloyd is a remarkable advocate for justice in the courtroom, and will surely wage a battle on your behalf.

Lloyd Herman is a great attorney. He knows his business.

The first time I hired Lloyd Herman was in 1991. I was in a motor vehicle accident. I was young, married and had three young children. I had no idea what to do. He helped me through every step of the process. I felt like he was holding my hand. He not only provided good legal advice, he cared about ...me and my whole family. He made sure all of our needs were being taken care of. If I didn't know what was going on, I could call the office and he and his staff were always quick to answer my questions and never seemed annoyed with me. They were just the opposite, always bending over back wards to make sure I understood what was happening. Then in 2010 I was in two more car accidents. Who was I gonna call, no one else but Lloyd Herman. I have so much trust in him and his staff there was no way I would hire any one else. EVER. PERIOD. That's how strongly I feel about Lloyd. I have seen how he treats his staff and his family and it is a strong indication of how he treats his clients. He gives so much to the community and to his clients. He bends over backwards for them. One of the other things I like about Lloyd is how he educates you through the process. He never leaves a rock unturned or a page unread. He is very detailed oriented. He is just awesome. He knows his medical stuff. He knows how to read medical reports and radiology reports. He even has plastic body parts in his office to explain things to you if for some reason you are not understanding what is going on with the medical problems you are having. It just amazes me that he wants to make sure you know what is going on with not only the legal process but also your medical issues and wants to make sure you are getting better and receiving the best possible medical treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
