Annika May Bair

Annika was drawn to the practice of law based on her desire to understand how the world actually works and to use that knowledge to help guide people through the legal process. Annika serves in transactional matters for the firm, helping clients in a variety of practice areas, including real estate, estate planning, corporate transactions and formation, as well as utilities.

She became an attorney to give competent counsel to her community, while exploring the complexities of the law in the practical world. She strives to learn everything she can to provide practical, strategic, and ethical legal advice to clients and add to their peace of mind.
Annika has lived in Spokane for most of her life, developing deep roots in the Spokane/Idaho community. Annika graduated from Eastern Washington University, after initially attending Whitworth University. From 2017 to 2019, she traveled to Yellowstone National Park to work as a wrangler, giving horse-back riding tours and driving draft horses in the backcountry. Annika attended Gonzaga Law School, where she graduated with honors.

Outside of the office, Annika can be found riding and training horses, tending to a large collection of houseplants, or attending Southside Christian Church with her family.
