Unfortunately Mr. Gallagher has allowed the environment of his work to corrupt his values and work ethics. A lawyer should pursue a matter on behalf of a client despite opposition, obstruction or personal inconvenience to the lawyer, and take whatever lawful and ethical measures are required to vind...icate a client's cause or endeavor. A lawyer must act with commitment and dedication to the interests of the client and with diligence in advocacy upon the client's behalf. However, clients are instructed to comply with whatever DCFS requests and they "need to get as many people as you can on your side" because "these things aren't written in stone". This conduct, and various other forms wherein there is a blatantly disregard of the duties and ethics of attorney standards give great cause for his past present and future representation of those entrusted to him. On many occasions, Mr. Gallagher, became upset at my refusal to accept information given to the court despite it being false and injurious to my case. He even went so far as failing to dispute or offer information to the contrary. This and other negligent conduct resulted in irreparable damage and lost years for a family.
