My goal is to assist couples through their divorce by helping to create an atmosphere of respect and dignity while lowering the emotion and anger that is often involved in the process. A well drafted settlement to which the parties agree ultimately benefits both the divorcing couple and especially their children.

This legal foundation provides the necessary framework for drafting agreements. Expert preparation provides the greatest protection in the event of a dispute. A well drafted contract should foresee the obligations of the parties and the consequences to each in the event of breach.

Creating an estate planning package that includes a will, a durable power of attorney document, a living will or health care directive to physicians, and a health care power of attorney document. Every package is individually tailored to meet the specific needs of each client including nominating guardians for minor children in one's will.
