I used Wendy for a short period of time during my divorce case, she did not file paperwork on time, was very hard to get ahold of, and advised me to take the first settlement offer my ex proposed which gave him the house, cars, bank accts basically everything and she told me this was the best we coul...d get. I quickly determined she DOES NOT have my best interests in mind and hired another attorney who represented me well and came to a fair settlement splitting everything 50/50

I gave her five thousand dollars for my son's case, which she never did her job. She did not file any paper work with the court, and she is really terrible about returning phone calls. This attorney has moved up to three times without contacting her clients. My advice is not to hire this attorney at... all.

Wendy helped me through the divorce process and was very responsive, attentive and in the end she was able to help me negotiate a settlement that both myself and my X wife could agree to. Wendy did an excellent job handling my divorce. She was very responsive and offered creative solutions in order to move the process along. She explained the process, kept me updated on the progress, and returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. She was a professional, knowledgeable and calm... presence in the most difficult time of my life. Wendy was very unprofessional and was never on time for appointments. She would not return phone calls and a few times never showed for appointments at all. She was judgemental towards me; her client and did not believe things that I told her. I don't believe she put much effort into advocating my... case and listening to what I wanted. She was often-times distracted while talking with me before court. I would never recommend her to anyone. Save your money.
