Shaun Thomas Greer

I am an associate attorney practicing at Lukins & Annis, PS. My principal practice areas include commercial real estate transactions, business and corporate governance consulting, private sector employer representation related to unlawful discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and adherence to applicable employment laws.

I graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in May 2014 where I earned both my Juris Doctor and Business Law Certificate. I completed exhaustive study in the field of Business Entities and Corporate Structure, including various courses related to labor and employment law. I earned my undergraduate degree in 2009 from Gonzaga University, where I graduated cum laude. Prior to joining Lukins & Annis, I worked as Legal Counsel for Associated Industries. Prior to that, I worked for the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration, the Washington D.C. Office of the Attorney General, and served as a litigation clerk for K&L Gates LLP in Spokane, WA. I maintain active licenses in Washington, Montana, and Illinois.

I am a Spokane native, having grown up in the West Central Neighborhood. I have seen Spokane transform and grow in a positive direction and seek to contribute to its continued success. I have a long standing appreciation for the performing arts, where I dedicated 11 years to music through my involvement in a number of ensembles.
