Michael Schmidt

Michael took on a case for me normally outside his standard realm of practice. His dedication, caring and "pitbull" like approach were unsurpassed. He dug in and familiarized himself with all aspects and from the onset came up with a gameplan which was followed through and implemented to the highes...t degree of success. He always made time for me and explained all things thoroughly and completely. I personally appreciated his tenacity and no nonsense approach to an organization that deems itself above all others and rarely loses. In addition to not only great representation, he is also surrounded by excellent support staff, especially his assistant Katie. To have this team on your side is a tremendous burden lifted. At my hearing, I did not get to speak because after just an 8 minute introduction by Michael and covering the facts and errors, the "other side" conceded immediately and thus ended a 5 year personal hell for me. 8 minutes. I will be forever indebted to Mr. Schmidt as he not only represented me in the highest manner possible, he also ingratiated me with unmatched generosity and kindness.
