My practice emphasizes general business, banking, commercial real estate transactions, debtor-creditor issues, including bankruptcy, and regulatory, credit and operational matters facing financial institutions.
I have worked on multiple business acquisitions and sales, and asset and stock transactions. I am general counsel to several financial institutions, unregulated lenders, and other business entities, including a regional wholesale auto auction. I have documented a multitude of complex commercial real estate and asset-based lending transactions for various lending clients, both regulated and unregulated, and I have handled numerous complex commercial loan workout transactions, as well as debt restructuring, for both creditors and debtors.
