Had him as a public defender he first off never once asked me what happened second it was an accident a car accident I told him I Called my insurance and they took care of the damages first thing he said was wow they did? They usually don't pay for damage done intentionally this was my first meeting ...with him and one of th first things I told him so that told me he already thought I was guilty. He also doesn't return phone calls. At my pre trial he proceeded to ask me aggressively if I wanted to go to trial because my plea was a charge that "was presumed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol" yet I don't drink or do any type of drugs so I wasn't happy with the offer. I would of changed lawyers if I had the chance. When he stood up to represent me I think he realized he never really asked me anything what kind of person I was nothing because all he had to say was I was mad and acted out of anger which I never told him I was angry or mad or anything he never asked.
