Mr. Guin has experience in state and federal courts in Washington, Montana, Idaho, and California representing clients in jury trials, bench trials, boards of contract appeals, administrative hearings, and private arbitration and mediation.
Alternative Dispute Resolution: John H. Guin also provides alternative dispute resolution services, including serving as arbitrator, mediator, discovery master, or third-party neutral.
