James Parkins is brilliant and effective. He WILL listen to you and he knows the law. He will get out his law books and explain why or why not your (legal) ideas will or won't work. He doesn't bill for every minute. He will thoughtfully put his paperwork forward and ask you before he does something. ...He isn't out to blow up your checkbook. He will give you his honest opinion. He reads EVERYTHING from the beginning forward. I was WRONGFULLY criminally charged and bullied by the MORONS (Power-to-be's) at Spokane City Hall after experiencing approximately $100,000 of property damage by the City of Spokane and Law Enforcement GOONS doing unequal policing. James told me what I need to do to help beat the charges. I did. He got a dismissal and a large settlement and his bill was nominal. I love James. He is currently representing me in another case against fraud that happened against my family. And then we will be filing another wrongful arrest soon. I don't always have a lot of cheerleaders but James believes in me and our cases and will see them through. The only issue with recommending James is that if you hire him, he may not have as much time for our cases.
