I represent banking and private lenders primarily in commercial litigation matters both in the state and federal courts. Much of this litigation involves creditor bankruptcy matters. Over the years I have appeared in federal courts around the country. .

I represent a broad assortment of businesses and individuals in various areas of litigation, including environmental, forfeiture, fraud and related causes of action.

I represent local and regional businesses in all phases of planning and structure. I also represent Indian Tribes in business matters. Specific areas of business representation includes contract formation, taxation, and business planning.

I primarily represent creditors and bankruptcy trustees in bankruptcy matters. Specific areas include litigation of disputes in both bankruptcy and federal district court.
