My experience includes divorce, child support defense and collection, modifications of parenting plans and support, Child Protective Service administrative hearings and dependency proceedings, to name a few. My experience encompasses all facets of Family issues. I represent clients in all counties of Washington, with a majority of my work in Spokane, Stevens, Pend Oreille, Adams, Whitman, and Lincoln counties.

My experience includes misdemeanor and felony charges - including Robbery, Burglary and Assault to Drug offenses and DUI's. I practice in Municipal, District, Superior and Federal Court with all types of alleged violations. I provide counsel during show cause hearings for misdemeanors and probation violation hearings for felonies. I have vast appellate experience. I also represent minors in all JUVENILE matters.

Experienced and gets the job done!
