I hired David Turplesmith to handle my case. He spent a great deal of time researching the law and presenting my facts to the judge. He prepared me for my testimony, and gave me constant updates on what was happening before and after the trial. David did a great job and my case was a success. David came off as a strong willed individual that would fight for your case. Unfortunately that was all a ruse. Once hired, the communication was all but non existent, the communication that was received was not explained correctly, and most of the time was left in the dark about my case. My docto...rs at the time requested he contact them to look at my case and continue moving forward, not only did he refuse to contact them, he refused to continue communicating all together. I only heard from him once the case ran its course, and had no case left to fight. Most negative experience I've had with an attorney. Did not communicate with the clients. Did not communicate with the specialists involved, ruined my case and my health with his behavior. I am still attempting a recovery, years after his involvement. Would recommend anyone other than this attorney. Seemed to either not know, or not care about you and your situation. Made the justice system seem like a farce.
