My practice incorporates a wide range of business and personal matters, most of which involve some aspect of tax planning.
I counsel clients on business formation, operations, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and estate tax planning. I assist clients with the administration of probates and trusts, and handle complex 1031 exchanges. I also advise clients in the creation and qualification of nonprofit corporations, as well as counseling corporate boards on governance and operational issues.
