David R. Hearrean

Dave Hearrean is the lowliest attorney around. He represented a family member and the Judge told us we needed to review our options as he was never prepared. He was afraid of the prosecutor and had a panic attack or something that looked like it. He claimed to be a fierce bulldog in the court room bu...t was actually a whimpering little puppy. He called all the family and told us all different stories. He is a LIAR and a CHEAT. The only phone call he returned was for wanting more money. He was a useless defender and he acted like his client was the problem. He never discussed issues with his client just did or not did do what he wanted. Beware of this sly talking, shaking (he can’t even write, it’s unreadable – he trembles almost constantly), and he is a nasty smelling chain smoker. We do NOT recommend him to anyone!!! He should not be licensed to practice law anywhere.
