Biography
With over twenty years of complex commercial litigation experience, I have acted as lead trial counsel in numerous commercial cases throughout the Western United States, both in Federal and State courts. Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, I was the Managing Partner of one of Spokane, Washington’s largest law firms. After completing law school, I clerked for the Honorable Justin L. Quackenbush, Chief Federal Judge for the Eastern District of Washington. I am well versed in all types of litigation, including commercial and banking, employment, franchise, contractor and subcontractor disputes, environmental, insurance, real estate, and land use litigation.
I'm honored to have been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America in the field of Commercial Litigation from 2013-2016. I'm also AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
