Jones, gave the "bag of item(s)," to detectives. 3.) Detectives, give the "bag of item(s)," to prosecutors. 4.) Prosecutors, then give the "bag of item(s)," to my defense - attorneys. Brooke Hagara, was one of my defense - attorneys! 5.) At Trial, Brooke Hagara, used item(s) from the "bag of item(s)," as part of my defense! QUESTIONS!!! QUESTIONS!!! QUESTIONS!!! - How is that a defense - strategy? - How could that be called a defensive move? - How is it a defense? EXAMPLE #2!!! EXAMPLE #2!!! EXAMPLE #2!!! At Trial.
