OUTCOME: A neutral guardian was appointed who determined that the best place for the incapacitated person to live was with her daughter, my client. She was able to enjoy the last years of her life with her daughter, children and great grandchildren.

Client was the daughter of the incapacitated person, who was living in a house with two sons who had isolated her and had her transfer two pieces of real estate to them. They had also filed for a "stay ... away" order for my client to not be allowed to visit mom.
