We secured an O-1 extraordinary ability artist visa for one of our clients who is an art director with expertise in photography. USCIS approved the case in six days in light of our client's awards and ... publications. When she traveled home to pick up her visa, the U.S. embassy in Stockholm challenged her qualification and returned the approval back to USCIS with a request for revocation of the approval. We submitted a rebuttal and USCIS reaffirmed the approval. Our client is back in the U.S. and working as Art Director for a premier creative consulting studio in New York.
