Adam Keith Anderson

Adam Anderson began his legal career in Yakima in 2009 and has experience in business, real estate, municipal law, and general civil litigation.  Most recently, Adam’s practice has focused on business and real estate, and his experience in litigation and advising municipalities provides a unique perspective to his client’s needs. 

As part of his practice, Adam has guided clients in business entity formation and dissolution, business licensing, drafting and negotiating business agreements, and general business-related advice.  Adam’s real estate experience includes helping clients navigate real estate transactions, preparing purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, real estate contract forfeitures, advice to landlords and tenants, and preparing leases, option agreements, easements, and other real estate-related documents.

Mr. Anderson is fluent in Spanish, having lived two years in the Dominican Republic and then later receiving a Bachelors Degree in Spanish Translation.  Adam’s language abilities provide a unique resource for the firm and his Spanish-speaking clients.
