Biography
Tony Swartz is an Ellensburg attorney who represents clients charged with Kittitas and Yakima County alcohol related offenses such as driving under the influence, physical control, minor operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol, and other related crimes. He also represents clients charged with other misdemeanors, including probation violations, in District Courts and municipal courts.
In his spare time, he plays international travel and playing trumpet in the Ellensburg Big Band. He also enjoys working out at Ellensburg CrossFit and, when he can, sailing on Lake Union. Finally, he is the Director of Jazz in the Valley, Ellensburg’s summer music festival, and a member of the Ellensburg Downtown Rotary Club. He serves on the board of CWU Alumni Association and annually volunteers for the First Responder Volunteer Will Clinic.
