OUTCOME: settlement agreement for over half of judgment amount

Debtor brought motion to vacate and argued that my client was an unlicensed contractor years after my client successfully obtained a judgment with another attorney but was unsuccessful at collecting on ... the judgment. We responded aggressively to the motion to vacate and were able to force the other party into recognizing that there was no other cost effective way to clear title on his real property other than to settle for an appropriate amount.
