This attorney did NOTHING on my case in a year. Everytime I spoke to him, he would tell me that he would call me that night or have documents to me within the week to review. I payed him a retainer fee upfront and my last conversation he offered to return my money in services? Give me a break! Nothin...g has happened in 1 year plus, why continue to play his game?. When he did respond to an email, again, it was just broken committments. When challenged, his response was I am just trying to be honest with you. If you really are the honest and ethical man you claim to be then perhaps you should do the right thing and return the money that you owe people. I feel the anger the other poster has, there is some comfort in knowing I am not alone. My case seems to be very similar to the other one posted on here. That must be how he conducts business. Obviously he enjoys taking advantage of people. I hope the bar takes full action against him.
