El es un abogado que me alludo mucho y pelio por mi bien cuando casi todo estaba perdido el no se rindio en un caso de Labor e Industria que tube en una bodega de manzana donde me lastime y ellos lla no querian pagarme y yo no podia trabajar. Gracias a mi abogado gano el... caso mio y me desabilitaron. Yo lo recomiendo a otras personas. El es un buen abogado. Pelea por el bien de uno y lo justo. No se rinde. Estoy mui agradesida.

When I called the office of Timothy Hamill and Thomas Bothwell I was so impressed with the sincere compassion of the staff. I was seen right away and they have been leading me through the difficult L&I process these past few years. I don't know what I would have done without their expertise in these ...matters. Mr Hamill's assistant, Rebecca, is truly amazing and always up to date on my case. Mr Hamill has gone to bat for me, and I don't know what I would have done without him and his staff. They are such professionals and truly care about you as a person.

Tim Hamill has gone above and beyond to make sure L & I does not close my claim. L & I sent me to one of their doctors who said there was nothing wrong with me, I can return to the job where I was injured and to close my claim. Tim got in contact with my doctor, who by the way did not agree with what... L & I's doctor said, and overturned L & I's decision to close me claim. I am now in physical therapy and having MRI next week to check what is wrong with my knee. Tim also got L & I to pay me time loss while my doctor tries to figure out what's wrong with my knee. I would recommend Tim. His staff is really nice too, which is always a good thing.
