Used outdated forms without offering full protections offered by law. When asked for legal counsel on topics he should have known about, gave little, incomplete or ultimately incorrect advice. Said he would/did complete legal matters (responses to RFIs, etc.) but then did not (even after receiving in...formation in a timely manner and with assurancs that he would file them), leading to Opposing Counsel filing and charging for "Order to Comply" with the court, and then obfuscated and concealed the charge made to retainer. When negotiating settlements, failed to address all issues specifically addressed by client, resulting in unsettled subsequent costs and liabilities. In emails, gossiped about client (me) with Opposing Counsel and volunteered unsolicited information about client that was potentially confidential, injurious and completely undesirable by client. Despite repeated assurances, failed to process documents, filings, etc., delaying resolutions and increasing fees. Refused to submit billings. Ultimately he was fired and replaced.

Bob is a great guy, horrible attorney. Bob and his assistant Katie are very pro woman rights and mother rights, so if you are a man stay away. His legal assistant advised me one day that there are many fathers rights movements out there and to not listen to them because they don't know what they ar...e talking about. (not true by the way) ALL MEN AND FATHERS CHECK OUT #thefathersrightsmovement as this is the first step in changing this bias and detrimental system we have in place. Bob and Katie will not fight on your side as they should and you will be stuck with a HUGE bill and no results. FIND A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY.

Keep clients waiting. Unprepared for court/trials for divorce. Did not defend client and quit before end of trial without warning. Did not apprear competant or confident in representing clients in court. Due to walking off case his client lost everything. He chardmged things he did not due and stretc...hed divorce proceeding out 4 yrs. Dropped the case when he couldnt win for his client.vwas easily controlled by the other attorney. And not standing up to the judge.

Not good at communicating or looking out for the best interest of his client! If you're looking for someone to fight for you & get you the settlement possible - KEEP LOOKING, "Bob's" not the one for you. I had to let him go & hire a new divorce attorney after 3 years of no action & mounting bills & I... wasn't even the one who cheated. Please save your money, stress & worries, hire someone else!
