Barry Michael Woodard

Mr. Woodard was a court appointed attorney on a case for minor driving offense. I felt he did good with my case and had me in his best interests of the case. Mr Woodard is knowledgeable in the law and I feel that he is an attorney that doesn't let the "prosecuting attorney" run over him or his clie...nts. Mr. Woodard has a relaxed demeanor and I know that some find it "a put off" but I feel that his demeanor is helpful in a stressful situation such as court. He is easy to talk with and seems to be quite fair. Thanks Mr Woodard.

Had court no Barry. Had to take work off three times. He finally showed up. I had won my appeal to the state over my DUI. I could have won my case. When did Barry let me know I won my appeal??? hrs after court!!!! I could have had everything dropped. Now I am a slave to his bank account. Making mont...hly payments !!!

Well, lets see.... I almost dont know where to begin. Basically, I don't feel like Barry was "in my corner" so to speak. First of all, it took 6 months to even be able to have a conversation with him that wasn't either on the phone or 2 minutes before court starts. Phone conversations were even h...ard to have because either no one answered at his office or I was always told to "call back tomorrow" , I always called back the next day, and surprise surprise, no Barry!!!! He never once asked to hear my side of the story. When he read the police report to me (after 6 months), I was really upset. I asked him if I could tell him my side and he stated, "it doesn't matter what I believe." Now that is pretty screwed up if you ask me. Anyway, I could go on and on. I have court tomorrow, 5/18/09 at 1:30, lets see if Barry shows his face. He didn't a month ago, that is why I'm going to court tomorrow. It has definitely not been a pleasure Barry.
