Biography
I place a high priority on word of mouth advertising and I am the go to family law and criminal defense attorney for Okanogan County and beyond. My family law practice focuses on family law litgation and negotiation, including divorce, non-marital relationships, child custody, and parenting disputes. I have extensive experience both in and out of the courtroom and regularly handle cases involving complex financial and parenting issues.
My criminal defense practice focuses on effective pretrial litigation and negotiation to keep your criminal record in tact and/or minimize collateral consequences when an admission of guilty is necessary. I have handled a variety of criminal jury trials and am an experienced litigator
I was born and raised in Okanogan and I am deeply connected to this community. I am an active member of the board of the Okanogan Chamber of commerce and revitalization of downtown Okanogan is my primary hobby. I love the outdoors and am an avid cyclist, swimmer, and snowboarder.
