Provide counsel and document preparation for lifetime and post death issues, including wills, trusts(revocable and irrevocable), powers of attorney(general and healthcare), healthcare directives(living wills), community property agreements, as well as counsel anddocumentation preparation related to family succession planning and gifting.

Provide all necessary counsel, document preparation and mangement to effect probate and non-probate estate administration

Engage in most aspects of real estate law, including preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements,real estate contracts,notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, options, rights of first refusal,leases and management agreements for the agricultural and commercial sectors, as wellas closing agricultural and commercial transactions.
