Incompetent. Can't litigate, can track details, spends most of his billable hours rambling on about his college football team. Billing is chaotic and an unintelligible mess. During his closing statements, he forgot my name 3 different times. Needless to say, that cost me a lot of money. Find som...eone else.

Ken helped me with my unemployment case. He went though my paperwork with me and made sure to explain everything to me if I had questions and to make sure and give me an overview of how the phone hearing would go so I would know what to expect since I had never had to do one before. Once we were on... the phone hearing with the judge and my former employer he was extremely professional and authoritative. He formulated great questions to point out how there was no misconduct but was also able to tactfully counter the questions that my former employer had for me. By the end of the phone call, after he had made a closing statement, I don't see how the judge could think there was a logical decision besides siding on my behalf. I never could have done it on my own, I am extremely grateful to the wonderful service Ken provided.
