Thomas D. Overcast

I live in Oklahoma and recently purchased a mineral interest in Oklahoma from one of Mr. Overcast's client's Trust who had recently passed away. Mr. Overcast went above and beyond all of my expectations in getting me all necessary documents to help pass the interest into my name, including finding ...files that were almost 20 years old. Even while on vacation in California, he answered my emails promptly and had his office staff scan and send the documents I needed while he was away. I also had to send money to the Trustee to pay for the assets and Mr. Overcast worked as a great mediator for Trustee come to his office to sign all the documents and returning them to me, before my money was handed over. Mr. Overcast did a wonderful job in helping his client set up her affairs, so that things worked smoothly after her passing and were distributed as she wanted. I highly recommended Mr. Overcast for any Estate Planning needs.

I personally used Tom about a year ago. I have also sent real estate clients to see Tom. My case involved a contract matter that Tom advised me on and he was correct. The clients I sent to Tom involved a simple real estate transaction to a more complex that potentially involved bankruptcy, as well as... default on a real estate lease. I will continue to use him and send my clients to him.

I trust Tom because of his vast good sense, compassionate nature, and his ability to really listen to what you have to say. His negotiating skills are extraordinary. He is able to get agreements where other lawyers are so offensive they push people into filing lawsuits. When I have needed legal adv...ice, usually it is while I am stressed emotionally, I have always turned to Tom. He is able to make me see things more rationally, less emotionally, and he restores my tranquility. With his excellent advice I have been able to achieve good solutions to my legal challenges. Tom Overcast is my favorite attorney.

This attorney initially was wonderful. When the opposition dug in, he deferred my case to a local attorney to reduce fees, then collaborated with them on and off for nearly two years. I only wished he had take the case himself. The attorney he turned me over to took me for 90k dollars in fees then du...mped me leaving me to face the same charges I was facing when it started. I eventually had to file for bankruptcy.
