Lonny did not seem to understand the issues around the real estate portion of the estate which he was hired to help us with. That was the only thing he was involved in with regard to the estate as he said we had to handle everything else ourselves, which I did. Told us several times he did not know w...hat to do with the real estate situation as regards the title to the home which was the bulk of the estate and did little to help the situation while billing us nearly $5000 for his lack of knowledge. It was another $5000 for another estate for which he basically wrote one letter and filed incorrect boiler plate documents which had another clients name on them. The probated estate was in two sisters names. One of which was local but in not in anyway familiar with legal or business issues in any way. It was decided at the first meeting with Lonny that all meetings about the estate were to be held via conference calls with both administrators of the estate present. However, Lonny chose to have conferences privately with the co-administrator who has little knowledge of any kind of business matters and did not inform the other administrator of the meeting. There is some question if these meetings ever occurred as the co-administrator and her husband have no remembrance of any matters discussed or even of the meetings occurring. I would not ever hire Lonny for any matters. Beware Idahoans, he is coming your way.
