Petered out or not lucrative enough?
Kinda left me hanging. Was ramping up to go to trial, was offered a settlement and an ultimatum. If I don't accept the offer, I'm on my own, if I decide to accept he'll remain my counsel. Now all of the sudden all of the things I had going for me are now high risk and could turn the case "sideways"....
