I’m having a hard time understanding why all the evidence that was readily available 2 weeks prior to the trial. Mr. Lanz, I’m sure you are very familiar with Ty’s case. Why did you not give him a fair legal representation. You were hired to defend my son. You had valuable information that could have been a closed case. You need to make this case right. There were too many important documents and false allegati...ons perjury do I need to go on? Do your job all that were involved in charging Ty need to be held accountable for sending an innocent man to prison for 10 years. He has lost a quarter of his life behind bars because you and others did not produce evidence on his behalf. You have all this information and if for some reason you don’t well I do I will surely provide it again to you. Thank you, Johnnie Guerin
