Randal Brandt Fritzler

Randy Fritzler was a judge for over 20 years and was removed for sexual misconduct which led to him becoming a defense attorney. We hired him before knowing the whole story and on the recommendation of the Bail Bond Co. He led us to believe that he knew many people in the Court system and with a smal...l county, such as Clark, that is a good thing. We found after hiring him, that he was very disorganized, slow to get anything done. We had to call him constantly just to get him to do what he said he would do. He would have us come in to meet with him, and have little to share with us about our actual case. Very few answers or attention was every given to our case. After sticking with him for 6 weeks and getting no where fast, we terminated our agreement and hired a firm to take our case. It was night and day with the professionalism we have received after only one day they are already planning our trial defense! The worst part is that we paid him his requested retainer and now we are out that money, only for him to have done VERY LITTLE on our case. A complete and total waste.
