Last Will & Testament organization and follow through
Dan Marsh met with my late husband and I in 2007 to draw up our Last Will & Testament and Living Will. My husband unexpectedly passed away in 2011 and without Dan's knowledge and professionalism we would've lost our company, our home and who knows what else. I didn't know there was a piece of paper...
"I have known Dan since 1991, first working in the same firm and later as a colleague in Vancouver. I have always been impressed by how hard he fights for his clients and by his willingness to take the time to explain difficult legal issues to clients so that the client can make the final decision on which course to pursue. I have no hesitation in recommending Dan for all areas in which he practices."
"I endorse this lawyer. I am a former associate of Dan Marsh and I have nothing but respect for him. He is honest and diligent, has integrity, and treats his clients fairly and with kindness."
