Victoria Ann Kesala

My primary area of practice is guardianship. I represent guardians, including Certified Professional Guardians. I also represent family members and others involved in guardianship cases. I do some work for Alleged Incapacitated Persons in guardianship cases as well, including indigent representation.

Sometimes I advise individuals acting under a Power of Attorney on behalf of another person. I am involved in some other work that relates to guardianship, trusts and fiduciary responsibilities. I accept some court appointments to act as a neutral investigator in guardianship cases.
