I could not have imagined a better experience. I was in a position where my EX thought he could bully me by going to court and claiming absurd things in hope that I will succumb to his nonsense demands. Every demand of Mr. Robert to my Ex's lawyer was accompanied by "yes" , "ok" or "I agree". Needless to say, that lawyer didn’t make it to court a second time. Happy to say: I won my case and even got back some attorney fees. Mr. Roberts did his best, better than I expected. He is a very respectful person, detailed and a good listener. Scott was able to help with my divorce as well as answer some quick questions two years later and help me get in touch with an attorney to move forward with step parent adoption. He was kind, professional, and able to take on my initial divorce case very quickly. He explained things in a way I unders...tood and was very focused on what was best for my children and their lives and understanding of my concerns about the other party and safety.
