Robin J Krane

I was going through a custody battle with my ex wife, my ex was trying to relocate my son approx. 270 miles away from his home. Mrs. Krane was very informative and helpful, she took on my case and we went through a modification and then a relocation. Mrs. Krane was on top of everything nothing got ...by her she fought and went above and beyond I think what any other attorney would have done, you could have asked for anyone better, they way she handled the case to the final documents. If it weren't for Mrs. Krane I would not have won my case and kept my son at home. I am very much great full for everything she has done.

Robin was my attorney when I fought custody for my oldest son. As trial arrived, her one word of advice was to be honest. She says, "if you tell the truth, you won't have to try and remember a lie". This type of integrity is what I absolutely adored about her. She will fight for what's right by using... the truth. My husband and I are in a battle for his daughters. She acts quick. She's passionate in fighting for what's right and she knows exactly what's relevant and what's not so it doesn't waste anyone's time.

Robin has been my lawyer for over a year now. I contacted her on short notice while I was trying to get a revised parenting plan. I had been working with another law firm but they had taken more than four months with zero progress (except backward). Robin was able to take the case over at the last mi...nute and got it taken care of in less than a month. Since then she has helped me periodically as issues come up. Not only is she efficient and communicates at each step of the process, but I really appreciate that she is honest with me and doesn't just tell me what I want to hear. In the long run it saves time and money. I trust her experience and feel like she is really on my side in having the best relationship I can with my kid. I also like that she is very ethical and I can feel good about having her as an attorney.

She is not a nice person first off. I made an appointment for a consultation the previous week. When I arrived I waited maybe 5 minutes.Not a problem. Receptionist was extremely kind. When she (Robin Krane) called me back she told me to take a seat and proceeded to say "You've got 15 minutes". Sh...e was in such a hurry to leave that she barely listened to a word I had to say and was horribly rude in her delivery of what she would talk to me about. I wasn't looking for candy coating, but I was not expecting such a rude person. I think I got 8 of my whole 15 minutes she promised me. When I went to ask another question, she all but pushed me out the door. I would NOT recommend this person to anyone. The lawyer I had previously was kind and listened. Apparently when you call for a "free" consulation, you get what you pay for.

From the moment I met Ms. Krane for my initial consultation on my divorce, to now, knee-deep in the middle of it. I have found that she has been everything I was hoping for in an attorney: extremely competent, honest, realistic, compassionate, and willing to take time to explain things in a manner... that was both communicative of some fairly "legalese" concepts, but also easy to understand. In addition her staff exude both skillfulness and pleasantness in equal amounts as well. In short I would easily recommend Ms. Krane to anyone looking for a Family Law attorney.
