R. Bryce Sinner

Bryce provides counsel and service in all aspects of construction law, from drafting construction agreements and contracts to lien disputes, bond claims, contract claims and construction litigation. He represents contractors, developers and individual homeowners.

Bryce is capable of bringing real estate transactions to swift completion in such areas as acquisitions and sales, development, leasing, property management and construction.

Bryce has the ability to resolve commercial business disputes including business dissolution, civil defense, tort cases, warranty issues and breach of contract claims. He is also capable of providing counsel in business planning, organizational structure and formation of contracts including contracts created between business entities.
