She gets the job done

Millie was amazing. After having my son full time since 2021 without a parenting plan (I thought co parenting would work, apparently not) my sons mom threatened to take my son from me so she can continue collecting state benefits illegally (I later found out, after 4 years of her doing it). I reached... out to Millie for help and she got right on it, even though she was sick during the couple court dates we had, Millie was there to help me get the parenting plan and custody taken care of. As some people complain about not being able to get ahold of her (she is in court every day all day) all I had to do was send one email and I would get a phone call from her in a matter of minutes, if not in minutes it would be in-between cases or by end of day since again she is a busy woman between 9am-4pm due to being in court and also trying to help all her clients so be patient. Millie I can't thank you enough for your help and if I need you again I'll be calling.

Relocation/custody battle

I hired Millie after having zero success with my high expense fancy lawyer. She has been nothing but amazing. She is patient and puts up with me and all my calls and e-mails. Millie has an incredible amount of knowledge and goes above and beyond for myself and my children. I think people forget she h...as more than one case and she is always in and out of court hearings yet she always seems to make time for my case and calms me when I’m overwhelmed or feeling like I don’t stand a chance. This woman fights for what is right and doesn’t play games and is definitely straight to the point. Millie has also been nothing but aggressive in court hearings and makes sure her client is well represented. I am not sure where I would be in my court case without her and I definitely could never express in words how great she is and how much I appreciate her support.

If she does not think she will win, she won't even try.

If we could give 0 stars we would. We hired her for modification of parenting plan and child support with interrogatories, She seemed very into the case and made us feel like we would have this done, piece of cake; however, she turned out to be awful. She never responded to emails within the time fra...me in her contract, nor did she respond to phone calls. It would be weeks without hearing from her. Then when court came around, it was like we did not even matter. It was a joke. (5-7 emails for each simple question spaced days apart with no response). We got very frustrated and sent an email stating our frustrations so she threw some things together for us to approve that were absolutely NOT what we wanted nor did they have ANY of the things we had asked for her to do. When we finally confronted her about it all, that is the last we heard from her even though we tried several times to email and call her. We were just wanting answers and not to get the run around. She never fought for us and even had the audacity to tell us that she had "100s of clients" so to expect her to respond to our emails and phone calls was ridiculous. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. In fact, she will just take your money and leave you high and dry.

Two custody cases

After trying to file papers by myself, I finally called Millie Roberge, I paid $1500 (May 2013) for my grandson's paperwork. The papers were final February 21, 2014. In June 2013, paid another $1500, for my granddaughter's paperwork. It is now August 2017 and nothing has been completed. She h...as made many errors in paperwork and had to start over. Communication with me and my niece has been poor.
