Awesome Service
Katy is the best attorney I've ever used for Landlord-tenant issues and evictions. She knows her stuff, and if she doesn't know it when you ask the question she will research it and get back with you. There is no one else I would use in Skamania County.

Top Notch Attorney
As a a Realator & landlord I occasionally have need for legal services and Katy Archer is my go to girl. I would not even consider using anyone else for evictions, Katy is not only very efficient she is also less expensive. Perhaps the better price point is a function of her efficiency. Bottom line...
