We offer traditional as well as less traditional forms of legal representation. With full representation, we handle all legal aspects of your case, including legal guidance, negotiations, and litigation. For those who are not looking for full representation with hourly billing, we also offer limited scope representation, also known as "unbundled" representation. Limited scope representation refers to a type of legal representation where the lawyer provides specific legal services rather than handling the entire case from start to finish. The form of representation that is right for you will be determined by the level of involvement you wish to have and the financial resources you have available for legal fees.

If you and your spouse already have an agreement, we offer agreed divorces starting at $2,500 without children and $3,500 with children.
