I would recommend Chris Babich whole-heartedly. She is honest, easy to talk with and extremely knowledgable in estate and elder law. I had the misfortune of needing an attorney in regards to my great uncles care/estate. I was lucky to have found Chris Babich. Having Chris Babich as our attorney not only minimized the above, but there was comfort in knowing that things were being taken care of in proper form and in proper time. The estate was quite complicated. There were 14 heirs of which 2 were charities. The estate consisted of multiple real estate properties and extensive personal property, much of which was family heirlooms. It was not an average estate. In addition, there were issues that occurred while my uncle was still alive that added complications. All along, Chris Babich provided us with solid legal advice. Looking back, it's hard to imagine how much was actually required to complete the estate. Without the benefit of Chris Babich's experience, knowledge and compassion, I can only imagine how much more complicated and emotionally draining this would have been for all involved.
