"I endorse this lawyer. Ben and I both worked for the Office of Civil Legal Aid providing eviction defense to tenants. Prior to that, we both volunteered with the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program Housing Justice Project. Ben knows Landlord/Tenant law from both the tenant and the landlord side. He has represented both parties zealously. I can honestly say he provides quality services to his clients, advises them on their cases in a way that allows them to thoroughly understand their potential outcomes, and provides sound legal advice to resolve their case the most efficient and effective way possible."
"Ben is a top notch tenant attorney and the SW Washington community is fortunate to have him. "I endorse Mr. Moody. Mr. Moody works diligently to provide his clients with sound, practical legal advice. Further, Mr. Moody has taken on the challenge of teaching the legal community in Clark County how to use Orders of Limited Dissemination in Unlawful Detainer Actions.
